Pamela Harris is a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She previously worked in private practice as a Supreme Court and appellate litigator with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She was a law clerk to Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court and to Judge Edwards.
