New Chair and Members Named to Judicature Editorial Advisory Board

The Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law, publisher of Judicature, welcomed several new members and a new chair for its editorial advisory board.

Judge Robin L. Rosenberg (Duke JD/MA’89) of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, a current member of the editorial board, succeeds Judge Don R. Willett (Duke JD’92, MJS’16) of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as chair of the editorial board. Judge Willett will continue serving as a member of the editorial board.

Joining the editorial board are:

• Sara Sternberg Greene, Professor, Duke Law
• Jonathan Petkun, Associate Professor,
  Duke Law
• Matthew J. Eible, Attorney-Adviser, Office of the Legal Adviser, U.S. Department of State (Duke JD/LLM’19)

Board members assist in developing article topics and offering suggestions for contributors and content. Retired U.S. District Judge Paul W. Grimm, director of the Bolch Judicial Institute and Judicature’s publisher, said the board plays a key role in ensuring that the journal continues to speak to the challenges judges face today.

“I could not be more pleased with the incoming chair and editorial board members,” Grimm said. “They bring a range of professional experience and interests that will complement those of our current board members. We are grateful to everyone who is willing to serve and support Judicature’s efforts to provide timely, relevant, and practical content.”

Duke Law became publisher of Judicature in 2015, when its previous publisher and founder, the American Judicature Society, dissolved. Now in its 107th volume, Judicature publishes three times a year and mails to all Article III federal judges, state supreme court justices, state appellate judges, and subscribers.
