Heidi Kitrosser is the Robins Kaplan professor at the University of Minnesota Law School and the Jack N. Pritzker Visiting Professor at Northwestern – Pritzker School of Law. Kitrosser is an expert on the constitutional law of federal government secrecy and on separation of powers and free speech law more broadly and has written, spoken, and consulted widely on these topics. She is also a 2017 Guggenheim Fellow.
