Orin Kerr is a law professor at the University of California, Berkeley. He writes and teaches in the areas of criminal procedure and computer crime law. He is a former law clerk for Judge Leonard I. Garth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States.
