Paul Haagen is a professor of law and co-director of the Center for Sports Law and Policy at the Duke University School of Law. He has been a consultant to professional sports teams, national sports federations, national Olympic Committees, universities, and professional, international, and college athletes and college coaches. Before joining the Duke Law faculty, he clerked for the Hon. Arlin M. Adams, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and practiced law in Philadelphia.
