Dr. Marc Eumann, LL.M., is a Presiding JudgeĀ (Vorsitzender Richter) of the Regional Court in Bonn, Germany. He received his LL.M. from Duke Law School in 1995 and currently serves on Judicature Internationalās editorial board.
