Pamela K. Bookman is an associate professor of law at Fordham Law School. Her teaching and scholarly interests include Civil Procedure, Contracts, International Litigation and Arbitration, and Conflict of Laws. Her scholarship has appeared in the Stanford Law Review, the Yale Journal of International Law, and other leading law journals.
