Robert James (“Bob”) Conrad Jr. is a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina and served as chief judge from 2006 to 2013. He served as the Fourth Circuit’s district court representative on the United States Judicial Conference from 2014 to 2020 and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Conference.
